Norrcom are a North Island based company, helping schools and business meet the ever changing ICT environment.  Since our inception 9 years ago we have grown to be a company that customers and potential customers trust and associate with honesty and reliability.

Norrcom started small and we have grown to supporting more than 45 schools and 40 businesses.  Our business has a family atmosphere and a passion for IT and excellent service. Our staff are knowledgeable, polite and there to assist you.

We offer impartial FREE advice to current and potential customers advising on best of brand and best value for money. We believe there are too many people giving bad advice, customers want to get on with business, Norrcom help empower our customers to make better use of the ICT tools they have.

Friendly

Our team is built on two key values, technical acumen and the ability to give friendly helpful advice, we NEVER speak technical when there isn’t a need. Our technicians are friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile, from the owner to the cable guy we know who you are, and we know what you want. Our customers never have the hard sell from direct marketing sales teams; we don’t like it so we don’t do it.

Specialists

Our technicians know your site, we always tell you which technicians will be responsible for your site, our technicians never learn on the job and we never send under qualified technicians to be the hands of the technician on the phone.

Support Desk

We have a call dispatch manned by real people who take your calls and relay them to the appropriate technician, we always get there that day keeping your down time to a minimum.
