Norrcom are a New Zealand company servicing the needs for clients in Central New Zealand, we have offices on the Kapiti Coast and Wellington and are shortly opening a new office in the Hutt valley. Since our inception 5 years ago we have grown to be a company that customers and potential customers associate with honesty and reliability. Our business is built on several key values:-

We offer impartial FREE advice to current and potential customers advising on best of brand and best value for money. We believe there are too many people giving bad advice, customers want to get on with business, Norrcom help empower our customers to make better use of the IT tools they have.

Our team’s are built on two key values, technical acumen and the ability to give friendly helpful advice, we NEVER speak technical when there isnt a need. Our technicians are friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile, from the owner to the cable guy we know who you are, we know what you want. Our customers never have the hard sell from direct marketing sales teams, we dont like it so we dont do it.
Specialists
Our technicians know your site, we always tell you which technicians will be responsible for your site, our technicians never learn on the job and we never send underqualified technicians to be the hands of the technician on the phone, if you taught our children with people who couldn’t teach we wouldnt like it so we don’t do it.
Support Desk
We have a call dispatch manned by real people who take your calls and relay them to the appropriate technician, we always get there that day keeping your down time to a minimum.
Design
The staff at Norrcom have decades of experience designing and building reliable IT systems. Too many systems have just been added to without any consideration for design and reliability. Servers
Norrcom maintain in excess of 100 customer servers, from small 2 man companies to large national’s and everything in between. Our team have experience on all Server side systems from Microsft SBS to ISA and Exchange, we manage Novell servers as well as Linux and Apple servers. We are not a one brand company, if its a server we support it.
Networks
Norrcom cut its teeth on networks from large (multi thousand) workstation systems to two or three people working in a garage, the difference is immence but the business is the same. Norrcom build and maintain fault tolerant network systems built for the NOW, planned for the FUTURE.
Desktops
Norrcom, maintain, imanage and monitor all types of desktop systems. We build management programs to suit your budget always trying to get optimum value for money.
Norrcom sell everything from blade servers to replacement keyboards, we only sell branded items and only items with full manufacturer warranties.
