As well as introducing a raft of new and enhanced features, this new version sees a total rebranding of NetSupport’s existing web-based ITIL® solution, NetSupport DNA Helpdesk, two-time winner of Network Computing’s Service Management Product of the Year award.

NetSupport launches the latest version of NetSupport Manager (V11) and NetSupport DNA Helpdesk (V3).
With updates to both NetSupport Manager and NetSupport DNA Helpdesk due for release through May, NetSupport showcased their new releases at the European Interop Expo and Conference. NetSupport Sales Manager Colette Reed was delighted with the feedback received for both new versions; Ahead of their launches it was great to be able to demo both updates and the reaction from visitors was extremely positive. NetSupport Manager 11s has a new Windows 7 style interface, including touch capability.
Free trials are available for NetSupport Manager 11 from the first week of May with NetSupport DNA Helpdesk 3 following later in the month.
